Hello, my name is Savannah Pledger and I just graduated from Fayetteville High School in Arkansas. I am 18 years old and and so excited for the future I have ahead of me. I chose to do the race a few months ago and am so happy to see the new adventures and ways God is about to show up in my life this next year. Some things about me: my biggest passion is kids and anytime I see a little kid I will say something about how cute or sweet that one kid is. I am a huge sucker for just enjoying a good view and soaking up all of what God has made. I was planning on going to college until my 10th grade mission trip to Mexico. I saw how truly fortunate I was to live in a good house and how lucky I was to just a have a thing such as running water. When I saw the kids and families faces when my team distributed clean water filters to them I knew this is something I wanted to pursue in my life and to have the heartwarming feeling of knowing that we made a difference in that person’s life that day.
